CLass 1 HGV Driver

Location:Glasgow
Closing Date: 29 Feb 2012

Applicants must have previous driving experience and hold a valid Class 1 HGV Licence operating a HIAB wagon and a valid CSCS card. Applicants must also be familiar with tachograph and records compliance and experienced in operating crane arm lorry loaders.
Valid certification of fall arrest, ladder safety, rigging & slinging as would be advantageous, however training will be provided if necessary.

Assistant Branch Manager

We currently have a vacancy for a Assistant Branch Manager in our Branch in Glasgow. The main duties of this position include

• Manage timely and accurate completion of processes and reports including but not limited to: Help Desk Tickets, Vendor Set Up, Invoicing, Damage & Repair Rebill and Accident & Injury Reports.
• Support External and Internal Sales teams, co-ordinate pricing, equipment and transport availability.
• Work with the Transport department, Tacho, running downloads, digi cards, maintenance scheduling, controlling costs, maintaining margins and dealing with customer queries.
• Assist in the stock take of equipment and materials when required.
• Ensure all staff adheres to the Company Health and Safety procedures.
• Work with the Yard Foreman to ensure workload is prioritised so units are ready on time.
• Liaise closely with the yard to confirm status of workload.
• Oversee day to day stock levels

IT Desktop Support Assistant

Location:Corporate - UK

• Diagnose and resolve desktop and network problems for end users.
• Recommend and implement corrective action in line with Mobile Mini policies.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and trouble shoot PC’s and related hardware, software and peripherals.

• Assist IT Manager to develop long-term strategies and planning for future needs.

Applicants must have previous hands on experience in computer support or IT help desk support. Telecom experience would be an advantage, the successful candidate will be detail oriented and able to work to strict and multiple deadlines, work under pressure and obtain good prioritising skills. Applicants must hold a valid clean Class 1 HGV Licence and experience operating up to a 65 tonne lorry loader crane with hook attachment, a valid CPCS or ALLMI operator card would be preferred. Applicants must be familiar with digital tachograph, records compliance, and vehicle defect reporting systems.
Valid certification of fall arrest, ladder safety, rigging & slinging as well as B2 fork lift license and Safety Passport Card would be advantageous. Experience of lifting containers and accommodation units will be a distinct advantage. Experience of working to risk assessment and method statements is preferred but not essential as training will be given to the right applicant.
