Important Notices

DELIVERY/PICKUP SCHEDULING:

To best serve the Customer's needs, please contact us as early as possible in advance of any desired delivery, collection or relocation. Seven working days advance notice is required for collections, although we will try to collect sooner; but this is not guaranteed in all instances. Deliveries, collection and relocations will be made available subject to time and space availability.

VERBAL DELIVERY, COLLECTION OR RELOCATION AND APPROVAL CHARGES:

Mobile Mini may accept and rely upon Customer's telephone verbal instructions for delivery, collection and relocation or change of delivery address, and the terms of the Contract, and all of its enclosures and attachments, shall be considered to be in full binding effect during that verbally approved Mobile Mini performance. Pickup or collection charges shall not be considered to be included in any quoted or listed delivery charges, unless clearly stated as such.

TICKETS/FINES:

Customer is responsible for all parking tickets, fines, fees, tolls and/or other related costs associated with Mobile Mini's vehicles, containers, accommodation units or other leased equipment being located, stored or parked while at Customer's location or within Customer's control.

PROHIBITIONS OF USE:

The following materials are not allowed to be stored in any Mobile Mini container or accommodation unit: no illegal, toxic, waste, hazardous, contaminated, controlled, restricted, explosive, flammable, chemical, paint nor inherently dangerous material of any kind. See TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Contract for a complete listing.

PACKING YOUR PROPERTY:

It is the Customer's exclusive responsibility to package, stack, wrap, cover, cushion, position, restrain and tie all personal property securely and in a sufficient and adequate manner for portable storage purposes, for transport and for forklift handling by Mobile Mini, all of which may include tilting, vibration, impacts, and other road and handling hazards.

INSPECT YOUR UNIT:

It is the Customer's responsibility to promptly and routinely inspect the container, accommodation unit, and any other Mobile Mini provided equipment for evidence of any water entry, opening or any other damage or non operative or unsafe condition in, to, or of, the unit or equipment. Customer's loading or first use of the equipment in any way shall be deemed as acceptance by the Customer that such is adequate for his intended use and purposes.

The above list is a partial list only and is subject in its entirety to all the provisions of your agreement with us, some of which provide important limitations, modifications and conditions to the foregoing.
