How did you did you come to being an apprentice at Mobile Mini?

I got my job through ITEC North East as part of my Business Administration apprenticeship. ITEC sent my CV to Mobile Mini and I was then asked to come for an interview.

What are the day to tasks of your role?

I handle all of the incoming requests for delivery from our Regional Account Managers and ensure that they are input onto our accounts system accurately. I also regularly call our customers following a delivery or collection to ask if everything went ok.

What do you like most about working here?

I feel like I can always be myself, my boss is really supportive and I feel like the company has lots of opportunities for me long-term (the world is my oyster at Mobile Mini!).

What new skills have you learnt?

How to prioritise jobs, and be a good team player.

What has been the best day in your job?

The charity Christmas jumper day in aid of Make a Wish Foundation. I enjoyed helping out with the raffle, selling cakes and taking selfies – it was good way to get to know everyone in the building.
