How did you come to work in your current role?

I applied for job via ITEC North East to do a Business Administration apprenticeship, after a few months I was promoted into a permanent job in the National Accounts team.

What are the day to tasks of your role?

Dealing with Mobile Mini’s biggest customers and completing tasks which can be anything from site call out requests to quotations.
I have my own national account customers which I deal with directly and also personally assist one of our National Account Managers who is out in the field, with her customers dealing with any off hires, queries and quotations.

What do you like most about working here?

My team!! They are a unique bunch but the best colleagues I could ever have wished for. The atmosphere is great. My manager has helped me achieve the best possible outcome of my apprenticeship and I have her to thank for my success.
I also love working at Mobile Mini because I get to meet new customers and am taking on bigger challenges each day.

What are the biggest challenges in your role?

Accepting big jobs, which at first can seem impossible but I set myself the goal to achieve these challenging tasks.

What has been the best day in your job?

The best day, I would say was winning a big order for my customer Jewson at Pinewood Studios because this was one of my first biggest achievements.
