Louise Arnold joined Mobile Mini in May 2014. Louise has over 10 years’ experience of providing HR business partnering and advice to managers, with a key focus on change management and performance and talent management, having previously worked in large unionised manufacturing organisations. She is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management.
As HR Director, Louise is responsible for supporting a culture change within Mobile Mini which aligns with the company values and which supports the company’s strategic goals. It is her role to attract, recruit, develop and retain the best people within Mobile Mini and ensure that our leaders receive good quality advice, guidance and support to help them effectively manage and get the best from their teams.
Louise’s key strategic priorities are training and development, employee retention, leadership development and supporting culture change.
