Rachel joined the UK Executive team in January 2019. As Marketing Director at Mobile Mini, Rachel’s role is to take overall responsibility for developing and delivering a marketing strategy which aligns the company’s business objectives and strategic goals.
Rachel’s key priorities are to build the profile of the Mobile Mini brand across both construction and non-construction sectors and maximise new business opportunities. Her focus will be on ensuring we deliver excellent customer service and ensure best practice in our communications to our current customers to ensure customer loyalty, while delivering marketing campaigns which build new customers in key sectors for all of our products.
With almost 20 years marketing experience of working with both B2C and B2B customers across the financial services, waste management and professional services sectors, Rachel is recognised as having a track record for delivering strong marketing results, identifying market gaps and producing creative and innovative approaches to grow both customer markets.
On a day to day basis, the role of Marketing Director will be to encourage strong collaborative working relationships between the sales teams, the regional branches and the marketing team and work with them to promote the importance of customer satisfaction.
