Zoe Brookes joined the Mobile Mini team in 2014. Zoe brings over 15 years of marketing experience to the role, having held various B2B and B2C marketing roles since obtaining a BA(Hons) in Management, Business & Administration from New College Durham.
As Marketing Director, Zoe is responsible for developing and implementing the long term marketing strategy for the company; taking our product to market to new and existing customers, increasing brand awareness and maximising sales opportunities.
Zoe’s main priorities are to increase brand awareness and grow Mobile Mini’s presence in both the construction and non-construction industry. She aims to do this through understanding our customers and meeting their product and communication needs, whilst exceeding expectations. A key responsibility is to ensure that high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved and this is monitored regularly through our customer satisfaction survey.
What Zoe enjoys most about working at Mobile Mini:
“Being new to the industry, it is exciting to learn and understand the rental equipment market and construction industry. I love meeting new customers and understanding their product needs. Being in marketing no day is ever the same; one day you could be working on an advertising campaign, the next, writing content for a brochure. I enjoy the variety”.
