Our team installed a triple-stacked site complex for Bouygues Energies and & Services, to provide welfare facilities for their employees who are there to build a waste to energy gasification plant in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.
The install was planned in advance by our fully qualified health and safety and national accounts team. Our team thoroughly assessed the site before delivery, to ensure that all health and safety measures were in place beforehand. Bouygues Energies & Services were particularly impressed that we were one of the few providers that could offer a triple-stacked solution and ordered brand new units to specification, with reinforced steel corner posts needed to allow for the units to be stacked three units high. Great care was taken in compiling the risk assessment and lifting plan with the customer, with particular attention given to the proximity of some power lines that were on site.
Our dedicated team, including our Drivers, Lifting Operations Manager and National Account Manager were there on the day of delivery, to ensure that all ran smoothly. Despite being a more complex installation, the site was complete within two days.
Bouygues Energies & Services take great pride in providing the best possible facilities and a pleasant working environment for their staff onsite and Site Manager, Steve Moseley was really pleased with the end result. We especially love their hanging baskets made from hard hats which they have since added to the units!
