HB Projects battles through development with help from mobile welfare Groundhog units

The Project

Forward thinking, multi-disciplinary Principal Contractor, HB Projects, was awarded a contract to extend and fit out a Coop store in St Leonards on Sea, Hastings.

Due to restricted access and limited space on the site, the Company knew their usual portable site accommodation units wouldn’t fit and they needed to consider alternatives.

The Solution

Having recently invested £1m in our range of industry-leading, energy-efficient, mobile welfare Groundhog GP360 Fusion units, our Gravesend branch knew they would be just what HB Projects required.

Specifically built for construction sites without water or electricity connections, we delivered two brand new units to the Hastings site, which have since been used by HB Projects on a different site.

Speaking about the Groundhog units, Liam Jacobs, Site Manager, said: “The units were perfect for the work we were carrying out, as they are convenient where there is limited space and provide all the essential welfare items.”

HB Projects’ office manager, Beckie Ellis, added: “As a company, HB Projects has worked with Mobile Mini for a few years now and regularly use the company to provide welfare facilities. As is always the case, the level of service was fantastic, the delivery was on time and the delivery driver was very helpful.”
