While browsing online, our Community Involvement Programme, caught the eye of Claire Brookes at Hetty’s, a Nottinghamshire based charity, when they were in need of extra storage.
A small charity, Hetty’s support over 250 families per month throughout the seven districts of Nottinghamshire. They provide free and confidential, emotional and practical support to families who are affected by someone else’s drug or alcohol use. The service gives hope to families who would otherwise have nowhere else to turn.
Trying hard to be self-sustainable, Hetty’s run two charity shops and an online eBay shop but were struggling to find space to store all of their generous donations. On contacting our East Midlands branch, Mobile Mini was able to offer a helping hand through the free hire of a storage container.
Hetty’s Chief Executive, Debbie Knowles said, “The storage container will make a huge difference to us and I’d like to thank everybody at Mobile Mini for their kindness.”
Andy Lindsay, Internal Sales Executive at Mobile Mini East Midlands added, “We’re pleased that we could support such a worthy cause and it’s good to know we can help them to store their donations.”
Mobile Mini’s Community Involvement Programme, offers free of charge storage container hire for up to six months to non-profit or voluntary organisations, where Mobile Mini’s support can make a real difference.
