Mobile Mini prides itself in delivering service of the highest to the supply of secure and convenient portable storage and accommodation solutions to the highest standard in order to meet and exceed our customers’ needs and expectations in line with our Mission Statement, Brad statement, Values and Customer Charter by operating a Business Management System, which will meet all relevant requirements, including ISO 9001, and by observing where necessary, additional requirements beyond the scope of the approval.

In adhering to written procedures, Mobile Mini is secure in the knowledge that our products and services are to client specifications. Mobile Mini are committed to comply with statutory regulatory requirements as well as other requirement to which the company subscribes to continually improve the effectiveness of its Business Management System.

To this end, Senior Management will provide the funds and resources necessary to achieve this objective. It is not sufficient merely to establish and observe this policy and the procedures, but to review them periodically with the aim of improvement and refinement to give our Customers the confidence that our products and services will satisfy the specified requirements and the demands placed upon them.

Senior Management shall set defined and measurable objectives and their success will depend on the whole hearted co-operation and commitment of the entire staff and all people concerned with the operation of the company.

All persons with management responsibility shall demonstrate their commitment to the continual improvement of the Business Management System and shall ensure that any persons in the workplace are accountable and take responsibility for aspects of the Business Management System over which they have control including adherence to the company Business Management System requirements.

It is a team effort to ensure that the products are not only supplied to the client’s specification but that they are also delivered at the right time, to the right place and with the correct documentation.

The implementation of this Policy is mandatory and shall be communicated and observed by all of those who contribute to Mobile Mini’s services.

This Policy is applicable to all Mobile Mini sites including Birmingham, Bridgend, Bristol, Carlisle, Glasgow, Immingham, Liverpool, London (South Ockenden), Manningtree, Middlesbrough, Nottingham, Southampton, Sunderland and Wakefield and shall be regularly reviewed during the Management Review for continuing suitability to the company’s activities and shall be available to interested parties as appropriate.
