Our quarterly employee bonus scheme directly rewards excellent performance and results so that our non-sales employees all share in the company’s
success.

Our sales employees are directly rewarded for the achievement of goals
and for their contribution towards our financial and operational targets. This is
through a commission scheme for their role, which rewards excellent individual performance.

All employees are encouraged to join and to contribute to the company
pension scheme. These contributions are then topped up by the company and the Government. Mobile Mini will double the contribution which our
employees make, up to a maximum of 5% of their salary.

We offer an Employee Assistance Programme. This service provides free
advice from fully qualified counsellors, solicitors and legal consultants on
areas such as health, personal, legal and financial information. This includes advice on health and personal legal and
financial matters.

Employees have the option to buy or sell
up to four days of annual leave per year. This means employees, dependent on
their length of service, are able to have in total up to 38 days of annual leave per year, including bank holidays.

A discounted membership fee, with no additional joining fee, has been
negotiated with Trugym for employees of Mobile Mini. Trugym have over 15
state of the art gymnasiums across the UK and fees vary from location to location.

Mobile Mini will reimburse the cost of an eye test for all employees. If an
employee is required to have a new prescription due to VDU use, Mobile
Mini will contribute towards the cost of a pair of spectacles.

Mobile Mini will reimburse the cost of the flu jab for all employees. Flu jabs are
available at most leading pharmacies and supermarkets and costs will be reimbursed.

Mobile Mini employees can hire a bike and then pay off the full cost
through the payroll over a 12 month period. Paying for a bike through the
payroll means that you pay a lower amount of tax and NI as well as saving
up to 42% on your chosen bike and/or equipment.

Mobile Mini will reimburse you for the cost of up to seven prescriptions to help you give up smoking. This is the standard number of prescriptions recommended by the NHS for their 12 week Stop Smoking Programme.

Mobile Mini adopt a positive and supportive approach to the mental health and wellbeing of our employees. As part of our commitment we have a number of Company Mental Health First Aiders who offer support or advice to all of our employees.

We know that some of our strongest candidates are those who are recommended to us by our employees. If a member of staff recommends a candidate and they are successful following the recruitment process, we reward our employee with £500 for a sales role and £1000 for a HGV driver role as a thank you.

Each month, we recognise and reward the branch who has had the best all
round performance. All branch employees are rewarded with a free
celebratory lunch.

Each month, we recognise and reward an employee who has gone the extra mile to deliver excellent
customer service and has lived by our Customer Charter to “make it easy”
for our customers. The reward is £50.

Our loyalty scheme recognises the commitment of long serving employees. Each employee who reaches a 5 year anniversary (5, 10, 15 etc.) with the company can choose either a gift or shopping vouchers.

To recognise the dedication from our ex military employees during their service, we are delighted to offer them an additional day’s holiday each year.
