At Mobile Mini, we pride ourselves on our employee development programmes and our Driver Development Programme is an excellent example of how we upskill our workforce at Mobile Mini. Our Driver Development Programme is a 12-month course that we offer to all our employees to become a fully-fledged HGV driver.

Sales Bootcamp

Our sales bootcamp has been developed to help get rid of those new job jitters and put our sales people in the best position to start their role. Spread over 7-working days, our sales bootcamp is a refined induction scheme aimed at covering the areas of Mobile Mini that our sales team will encounter.
