Application Process

The recruitment process for Mobile Mini is designed to get the best from our applicants so that they can really show off their skills and attributes during their interview. It’s our employees that make Mobile Mini the company that it is.

Stage 1

Application stage

Once you’ve completed your online application it will be reviewed by our internal recruiter who will be seeing whether you match the criteria for the role.

Stage 2

First interview

Successful candidates will be asked to attend an interview to discuss their suitability for the roles. You may have entered the application process at this stage through one of our sales recruitment days where you will undergo a number of assessments to measure your suitability for the role.

Stage 3

Final interview

Candidates who stand out in the first interview will be asked to return for a final interview. There will usually be an assessment of your skills on the day (you will be given preparation in advance) and you will be asked to take a PI assessment which works out your behavioural match with a team. You will then have your final interview.

Stage 4

Job offer

The successful candidate/s will be notified of their job offer and they can get ready to join the Mobile Mini team.

Sales Bootcamp

Our sales bootcamp has been developed to help get rid of those new job jitters and put our sales people in the best position to start their role.

Spread over 7-working days, our sales bootcamp is a refined induction scheme aimed at covering the areas of Mobile Mini that our sales team will encounter. This programme ensures that every sales person that joins Mobile Mini has a thorough understanding of their job, clear expectations and the right guidance to succeed in their role.

The sales bootcamp results in an assessment which identifies which areas we can help you with further.
Since the introduction of our sales bootcamp we have seen that new starters have adapted to Mobile Mini much easier than before.
