As it’s Learning at Work Week, we thought we’d shed the spotlight on our amazing employees and how they are able to develop with Mobile Mini.
Training and developing our team members is essential to us as an employer, and we want our workers to have every opportunity to learn new skills and boost their careers.
During 2016, we made a quarter-of-a-million-pound investment into our learning and development programmes and carried out over 1700 training days for staff to build their skills.
Our courses covered topics like product knowledge, sales excellence, customer service, personal development and leadership, new IT systems and continuous improvement. We also offered skill-based courses in areas including HGV driver development, health & safety and welding.
We asked some of our top team members what they thought of their training courses and we weren’t disappointed!
The attitude towards the importance of staff training and development is one which resonates from the top of our Company.
